Λίγοι καλλιτέχνες έχουν πετύχει να δημιουργήσουν ένα μοναδικό χώρο στον κόσμο της μουσικής και του visual art με εξαιρετικές και πολύπλοκες μουσικές συνθέσεις.

Η κυκλοφορία του τελευταίου του άλμπουμ «On Being», δημιουργήθηκε σε διάστημα δύο ετών, συγκεντρώνοντας χιλιάδες ανώνυμες φράσεις για να χρησιμοποιηθούν ως δημιουργική έμπνευση. Πρόκειται για την πρώτη απόπειρα του Max Cooper να χρησιμοποιήσει τις εμπειρίες του κοινού, ως έμπνευση, για τη μουσική του – αντί να προσπαθεί να επηρεάσει τις εμπειρίες του κοινού με τη μουσική του. «Δεν είχα καταλάβει την επίδραση που θα είχαν οι λέξεις των άλλων σε εμένα.»

Η μετάβαση από την υπολογιστική βιολογία στην ηλεκτρονική μουσική μπορεί να μη θεωρείται ως η πιο φυσική επαγγελματική μετάβαση, αλλά για τον Max Cooper οι ομοιότητες είναι προφανείς: «Και στους δύο τομείς, με έναν τρόπο, είσαι ελεύθερος. Global comedy superstar Russell Peters, celebrated for his sharp wit, cultural observations and diverse comedic style, is coming to Athens and promises an outrageous standup appearance on May 31st, 2025, at CT Theater.

Russell Peters was recently named as one of Rolling Stone’s 50 Best Comics of All Time. He started doing stand-up at the age of nineteen at open mics in his native Toronto, and spent the next fifteen years honing his craft at clubs across Canada and the UK. In 2004, Peters gained critical and global recognition for his CTV “Comedy Now!” special and soon became the first comedian to sell-out Toronto’s Air Canada Centre in 2007. Peters went on to set attendance records at venues from Madison Square Garden to The Sydney Opera House to London’s O2 Arena – where he broke the UK attendance record for highest number of tickets sold for an individual comedy show.

His subsequent tours were captured in his successful specials broadcast on Showtime and Comedy Central: Outsourced in 2006; Red, White and Brown in 2008; and, The Green Card Tour in 2010. ARTIST BIO

JIMBO is a multi-disciplinary performance artist and designer, most known for his drag persona JIMBO the Drag Clown! JIMBO has been featured on three seasons of Rupaul’s Drag Race and is the head of his successful design house, House of JIMBO, a clothing brand, merchandise retailer and special events producer. JIMBO was the break-out star of Canada’s Drag Race: Season One, where his outstanding performance, shocking elimination and iconic exit created an immediate fan favourite.

Following his success on Canada’s Drag Race, JIMBO was cast on Rupaul’s Drag Race: UK vs The World, Season One after which he embarked on his first world tour of 17 countries. Most recently JIMBO competed and won Rupaul’s Drag Race All Stars 8, and is currently completing his second world tour, which has taken him around the US, UK, South America and parts of Europe with over 100 North American and Australian dates still to come! JIMBO is also a musician, having written and released several singles, and plans for a debut album. JIMBO is also a stand-up comedian, having toured the UK as a part of the MP Present: Hater’s Roast Tour and more was recently featured in a World of Wonder stand-up comedy special as one of his legendary winning Snatch game characters, Joan Rivers.

JIMBO is currently writing and producing his first ‘One Queen Show’ featuring his characters and set to original music. Prior to Drag Race, JIMBO was working as a costume and production designer for film and theatre.
